Hey Nerds! After an exciting start to the season, some players’ fantasy stock is on the rise due to increased performance, injury opportunities, or recent trades. Meanwhile, others’ have fallen due to poor performance, injuries, or recent trades. In this article, we dive into some fantasy trade advice for the top player targets heading into Week 10 of the 2024 NFL season.
Fantasy Trade Advice | Players To Trade For
Trey Benson | Nerds #100 📈 | 3.1 FPPG | RB66 FPPG | 2025 2nd
Trey Benson had the highest fantasy performance of his young NFL career in Week 9. Benson rushed for 37 yards on 8 carries and scored his first career touchdown.
James Conner isn’t getting any younger and the future is Benson. Arizona selected Benson in the 3rd round of the 2024 NFL Draft, and Sunday showed just a brief glimpse of the explosiveness that Benson can provide to this offense. This may be your last chance to acquire Benson before his price rises.
Fantasy Trade Advice | Players to Trade For
Jaylen Wright | Nerds #116 📈 | 3.0 FPPG | RB67 FPPG | 2025 2nd
Stop me if you’ve heard this before. The Miami Dolphins traded up in the 3rd round of the NFL Draft to select Jaylen Wright. Investing that draft capital into a running back cannot be overlooked, and with Raheem Mostert on the wrong side of 30, Wright’s future looks bright.
At 2-6, Miami has a 4% probability of making the playoffs but still has tough matchups against San Francisco, Houston, and Green Bay. Miami needs to see what they have in Wright and would benefit from utilizing him more moving forward.
Fantasy Trade Advice | Players to Trade For
Blake Corum | Nerds #152 📈 | 1.5 FPPG | RB90 FPPG | 2025 Late 2nd
Kyren Williams managers have to feel good about Williams’ fantasy output. Heading into Week 10, Williams is RB5 on the year averaging 16.2 FPPG. He is the lead back in the Los Angeles Rams offense and has an established handcuff in place if he was to go down with an injury.
Kyren Williams’ managers need to be rostering Blake Corum. With the trade deadline approaching, Williams managers’ focus should be switching to a playoff mindset. Nothing is worse than being in the playoffs and having one of the players who helped pave the way go down with an injury—and not having the backup.
Fantasy Trade Advice | Players to Trade For
Anthony Richardson | Nerds #74 📉 | 12.3 FPPG | QB29 FPPG | 2025 Late 1st
After Joe Flacco’s disappointing Sunday Night Football performance, it is hard to believe the Colts are better with Flacco as their starter moving forward. Indianapolis needs to look at the long-term view of their franchise. The Colts are not a playoff team and need to let their young quarterback develop.
Richardson is only 22 years old and has only 10 career NFL starts. The development of Richardson should be the top priority with this franchise. It is hard to argue that Flacco gives the franchise the best opportunity to win after the offense delivered the worst statistical performance of the season. On the Dynasty Nerds podcast, Garret and Matt said they wouldn’t feel comfortable giving up an early 2nd for Richardson, but Rich said he would. I tend to agree with Rich on this one—as does our editor, Taylor (@MySleepers).
Editor’s note: This trade was from a 14-tm, start 11, SF, TE-premium league. It was completed prior to Week 9 before Erick All Jr. and Zack Moss were both placed on IR.
Fantasy Trade Advice | Players You Need to Trade Away
Daniel Jones | Nerds #150 📉 | 14.2 FPPG | QB26 FPPG | Any 2nd
With trade deadlines approaching in many dynasty leagues, this may be your last chance to trade away Daniel Jones. Jones is not the future in New York and his trade value is going to be non-existent in the offseason.
Jones has had 6 seasons to turn around the Giants franchise and has a win-loss record of 24-44-1. Per StatMuse, Jones has 71 turnovers in 68 games played. If head coach Brian Daboll survives not being fired, he is going to want to upgrade the quarterback position through free agency or the NFL Draft.

Fantasy Trade Advice | Players You Need to Trade Away
Zach Ertz | Nerds #N/A 📉 | 8.4 FPPG | TE17 FPPG | 2025 4th
Zach Ertz has exceeded fantasy managers’ expectations. Currently the TE17 on the year, Ertz is on pace to have his best fantasy finish since 2021. Unfortunately, Father Time comes for us all and Ertz will be 34 in just a few days.
Washington drafted Ertz’ replacement, Ben Sinnott, so the time to move Ertz is closing. It seems that every fantasy team needs a tight end, so capitalize on that need and trade away Ertz.
Fantasy Trade Advice | Players You Can Drop
Kendre Miller | Nerds # 214 | 1.8 FPPG | RB FPPG |
Kendre Miller managers came into the 2024 season optimistic about Miller being the backup to Alvin Kamara. However, Miller suffered a hamstring injury on the first day of Saints training camp. That led to the infamous quote by head coach Dennis Allen where he stated, “That’s a player [Miller] who needs to figure out how to stay healthy because you can’t make the team in the training room”
Miller has now been placed on Injured Reserve which makes him inactive till Week 13 at the earliest. The 2023 3rd-rounder’s career has not started as managers would have hoped as he has rushed for 208 yards and has only been able to play in 10 career games.
