Welcome back IDP nerds and we move closer to the dynasty fantasy football playoffs. It’s been a crazy season already with injuries, mid-season trades, and weekly management of your IDP rosters. As the playoffs draw closer the stakes only increase and I’m here to hopefully make some of those decisions a bit easier on you. In week 10 we came in at 61.5% accuracy, making that our second consecutive week over 60% after a few down weeks in the middle of the season. As a team, we are now 60.9% on our weekly recommendations. Let’s keep trending upwards as we take a look at the crucial week 11 matchups for IDP fantasy football.

Chicago Bears @ Atlanta Falcons

Richie Grant DB, Atlanta Falcons
The Atlanta Falcons found themselves a good one in DB Richie Grant. The former UCF standout has 69 tackles and two interceptions this season. He’s been a consistent performer and a vital piece of the Falcons’ secondary. The Falcons safety posted just two double-digit performances as a rookie but has stepped up with nine in his second season. Grant has taken a firm hold of the starting spot and it looks like he won’t be giving that back anytime soon.
The Atlanta defense will be in for a challenge with Justin Fields playing as well as he has led the Chicago Bears offense. A week ago the Bears allowed 13 tackles combined to starting safeties, which bodes well for Richie Grant heading into this week’s matchup.
Carolina Panthers @ Baltimore Ravens

Marlon Humphrey DB, Baltimore Ravens
It’s that time again to show some cornerbacks some love. Marlon Humphrey is one of the most consistent impact play CBs in all IDP fantasy football. I’m not sure he will ever match his fantastic 2020 season where he nearly posted 250 fantasy points for the season but he is a plug-and-play starter weekly in CB-required leagues. The former Alabama defender is coming off his best fantasy performance of the season with 24 points in week 9 against the New Orleans Saints. You should have no concerns starting Humphrey even in non-CB-required formats.
Cleveland Browns @ Buffalo Bills

There is some doubt if this game will ever happen but it’s the NFL they will find a way to make it work. The Buffalo Bills are struggling to find a way to win as of late but draw a matchup with an underperforming Cleveland Browns team this week. The Browns’ secondary will be in for a huge test of stopping a Buffalo offense that can score 30 points in the blink of an eye.
Grant Delpit has been solid this season as a starter recording double-digit performances in eight of nine games. The former LSU DB has had 28 stops over his last four games. I have confidence he delivers another 10+ point game in week 11.
Washington Commanders @ Houston Texans

Christian Harris LB, Houston Texans
Christian Harris was one of my favorite targets in IDP rookie drafts this past off-season. The former Alabama LB was built to play in the NFL and I’m glad he’s showing that even as a rookie. In his past three games Harris has averaged 14.2 fantasy points per game, 7 tackles per game, and 61.3 snaps per game. The rookie LB has inserted himself as a high-volume tackler and should continue that as he is now fully healthy. Christian Harris has the potential to make a league-winning type of impact for your dynasty teams.
Philadelphia Eagles @ Indianapolis Colts

Yannick Ngakoue DL, Indianapolis Colts
The Indianapolis Colts have been a dumpster fire for most of this year. The team has rallied for some upset wins but for the most part, they look like a team attempting to have the first pick in next year’s draft. The defense is still a very talented bunch but runs into the buzzsaw that is the Philadelphia Eagles offense. Yannick Ngakoue has been productive this season with five sacks through the first ten games. Unfortunately, his low tackle volume has forced him to be sack-dependent and off the radar for most IDP managers. It’s going to be difficult to see him continue his streak of at least a half sack in the past four games with the Eagles coming in angry off their first loss of the season.
New York Jets @ New England Patriots

Quincy Williams LB, New York Jets
Quincy Williams continues to be an unsung hero for IDP managers by delivering quality performances consistently. Williams is a small school LB who has emerged as a favorite in Robert Salleh’s defense.
The Jets linebacker is averaging nearly seven tackles a game this season and compliments C.J. Mosley perfectly for the great Jets defense. In what appears to be a close division game with struggling offenses I expect that the former Murray St. LB can put up another solid performance for IDP managers.
Los Angeles Rams @ New Orleans Saints

Paulson Adebo DB, New Orleans Saints
The second-year cornerback from Stanford has caught my eye this season. He’s a really solid player who I’ve streamed a few weeks in CB-required formats. In four of his six starts this season he’s recorded six tackles or more. In that stretch, he’s also recorded four passes defended and has been targeted 46 times. The opportunities will be there as he’s still growing into the player he wants to be. This should benefit IDP managers greatly. He’s a great option for leagues that require the CB position but can also be streamed as a DB if you’re desperate.
Detroit Lions @ New York Giants

Kayvon Thibodeaux LB/DL, New York Giants
We rarely get a matchup of rookie prospects on the IDP side. The top two EDGE rushers from this past draft Aidan Hutchinson and Kayvon Thibodeaux will put an interesting twist on the debate in their rookie seasons. I was a much bigger fan of Thibodeaux than Hutchinson in this past draft but I’m going to roll with the Lions’ defensive end this week.
Kayvon Thibodeaux is off to a much slower start to his career and his position designation depending on your league scoring hurts him a tad. The Detroit Lions have allowed the third-fewest sacks in the NFL this season. Thibodeaux may see some of his old college teammates Penei Sewell this week who has done well as both a run and pass blocker this season. I don’t love the matchup for Kayvon Thibodeaux this week but he surely can swing the momentum of a game with one big play.
Las Vegas Raiders @ Denver Broncos

Denzel Perryman LB, Las Vegas Raiders
The Raiders are trending toward getting their leading tackler from last season back to full health this week. The former Miami Hurricanes LB has been surprisingly effective as a tackler over his NFL career and has been an extremely valuable IDP since joining the Raiders last season. The Las Vegas defense needs all the help it can get at the linebacker position. Perryman has averaged eight tackles per game and sixteen fantasy p[points per game over his last three starts. When healthy he has the upside to finish as a top 12 LB weekly.
Kansas City Chiefs @ Los Angeles Chargers

Carlos Dunlap DL, Kansas City Chiefs
Carlos Dunlap is still producing at 33 years old and in his 12th NFL season. The former Florida Gator signed late in the off-season and has been a tremendous find for the Chiefs. Dunlap is second only to Chris Jones on the team in sacks with four on the season.
The emergence of Rookie pass rusher George Karlaftis and the return of Frank Clark from suspension should make the DL rotation even more difficult to predict ahead of a big week 11 matchup with the Los Angeles Chargers. Carlos Dunlap has averaged over three tackles per game against the Chargers in his career but is more of a situational pass rusher on the back end of his career makes me nervous to start him weekly.
Dallas Cowboys @ Minnesota Vikings

Donovan Wilson DB, Dallas Cowboys
Donovan Wilson has been a breakout IDP performer this season. The fourth-year pro from Texas A&M has recorded double-digit fantasy points in every game this season. He’s averaging 7.3 tackles per game and has played at least 50 snaps in all nine games this season. The Cowboys’ secondary will look to bounce back after a disappointing performance against Green Bay. I would expect Wilson and the secondary to be flying around to create havoc for Kirk Cousins and Justin Jefferson in week 11.
Cincinnati Bengals @ Pittsburgh Steelers

Myles Jack LB, Pittsburgh Steelers
Unfortunately for dynasty managers last week Myles Jack was sat as a precaution. The team’s best and most consistent LB could have played but was not needed as the return of NFL Defensive Player of the Year T.J. Watt was enough to get the Steelers back on the right track.
The former UCLA linebacker practiced in full Friday and will return this week in a big matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals. Myles Jack was able to post a 21-point performance in his first meeting this season against the Bengals. He’s averaging nine tackles per game this season and looks to be on track for his first 200+ point fantasy season since 2020.
San Francisco 49ers @ Arizona Cardinals

Myjai Sanders DL, Arizona Cardinals
The Arizona Cardinals’ third-round rookie had a big game last week notching his second career NFL sack and his first forced fumble. The former Cincinnatti Bearcat has seen his snaps increase over the past month and a half of the season. This is a good sign for dynasty managers who are stashing the pass rusher but I would temper expectations. The Cardinals have a big divisional matchup against the San Francisco 49ers in primetime this week. The 49ers’ offensive line has allowed the 6th fewest sacks in the NFL this season and Sander’s limited snaps are a cause for concern. While his numbers have been encouraging, I’d like to see more consistent opportunities before I could justify starting him.
